Why do certin programs knock down the network and how to i fix it?

Whenver i use youtube if i'm loading serveral at once it tends to knock down the whole network and i have to reboot the router. now its happen with virtual earth. is there a way to prevent this without having to stop using these programs?

Go to ControlPanel, Modem, GeneralTab,Properties, Connections, Advance

Then Uncheck "flow control" and check the circle "software addi"

Then in Extra Setting insert MS=V34

Click OK and you are done, This should correct that problem you are having. Make sure you use a Capital MS and V
