There is no proof Jesus was gay, but you raise an interesting question. Wouldn't that be the ultimate example of unconditional love?

If he was gay, yes.
But we don't know anything else about him, except that he had a bunch of guys with him and one woman, Mary (not his mother). Some think he was married and had a kid, but I don't know if that ever happened. Might have, but there is no real evidence of it. Of course he could have hidden his sexuality or the church could have covered the whole thing up, you never know. We don't have all the books of the bible either.

The reason the world is expected to follow Jesus' example is that he went through the same things they did. (He was a poor, SOCIALLY OSTRICIZED, blue-collar working man, for example.) So if Jesus turned out to be homosexual (which he wasn't; he was married, which is documented in a gospel that was "conveniently" left out of the Bible), it would only be more reason to have faith in him.

Jesus was was not married that is why there was no interest.
And by the way, have you never heard of Mary Magdelin? She was what some believe to be Jesus' "wife"
Jesus led a holy life, he didn't run around poking every girl he could. he knew that his father forbid romance before marriage, that is why he did not show interest in women.
You should be asahmed of yourself for even proposing this question.

Given Christs' true message of love, understanding and joy, I personally would have no problem either way. Personally I believe He was married before his death, but that still does not change Him in my eyes. Unfortunately, I suspect, some people, and you know of whom I speak, would have a hard time with it.

I love what He supposedly stood for, not Him per se. His gayness would only matter insofar as it would get those who quote scripture on here off our backs.

It would not matter to me, and that's the whole point. It shouldn't matter to anyone who is gay.
