It's Currently running at 100 MHz, and I know it will run at 133 MHz, I just can't figure out how to do it. The Bios won't let me change it, and I don't know enough about the board to start moving jumpers.

Well, you are going to have to probably suck it up and change the jumpers. :)

The board should have 1-3 dedicated jumpers for the FSB (which is consistant with memory speed) and it should have a diagram right next to those particular jumpers.

If it is not by the jumpers, it will be labeled so you know which jumpers to move.
