They ought to make it just like the Federal Gun Crime law.
Sell drugs to a minor,..any minor? 10 YEARS,.....
Its time to put up or shut up. We'll see who the hardcore guys are as opposed to the light weight wannabe gangsters.
Its time we made it HURT when you violate the law. Lack of fear is also the lack of respect. Its time folks start to respect society and fellow citizens.
Is it harsh? YES! However,the only ones that need to be concerned are those in the drug dealing business.
Minors that buy drugs should pay something as well. Must graduate from school, or they can finish up their GED on the inside. No driving privledges until 21, and community service required as well.

IT would depend on rather it was a minor selling a joint to another minor or an adult trafficking drugs to minors. I feel each case should be judged on its facts individually!!!

You should be made to house and feed them forever if they don't graduate high school.
