I'm thinking of Austin Powers Goldmember right now (I know he was Dutch but whateva)
Actually, the hardest accent I have to deal with is Guinee English! I deal a lot with people in S. Africa (diamond trade) and they are the hardest people to understand. You see, they speak ENGLISH but that's the problem. You can't teach them to speak a language they already speak a different way. Conversations are long and arduous.

The Welsh accent is pretty tough as well. When someone I once knew was saying "wow", I thought he was saying "why". So there was some confusion there!

i think "outsiders" have great difficulty with the glaswegian patter more bcoz of the speed at which we talk rather than the accent itself, when i lived in england i had to slow it down a good bit as i was forever being met with blank stares!! and i'm not broad glaswegian!! even i have difficulties somedays!
