I wonder if these other answers would be different if you had mentioned that you're 12 and he's 15 and that he's willing to get you pregnant "if you want."
Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. The fact that you're having intercourse with him makes it impossible to tell if it's love or just sex. Either way, you're both way too young for any kind of commitment. And way the heck too immature if you either of you even think it would be OK to have a baby at your ages! You still need to be playing with dolls, not boys.

None of those things u mentioned proves love. You will truly know if he loves u by the way he looks at u, the way he talks to u, does he miss u when u don't see him, does he talk of a future with u, does he repect u, does the biggest smile come to his face when he sees u?? These are the true factors of love. When someone loves u, u can honestly "feel" it without them even saying the words.

This is one of those questions that assumes we can read minds. None of what you listed means that he loves you. He could be doing all that stuff just because he wants to continue having sex with you.If you really want to know if he loves you then stop having sex and see if he sticks around.
And please, this whole notion of asking him if he loves you is just silly. Men will usually say anything to get the sex.

Did you ask him how he feels about you? and how deep his feelings are for you thats the only way to know and if he says it then you will really know. But find out how he feels about you first then move on to the big things
