not always. sometimes i just go staring at something and my mind goes blissfully blank, no thoughts, no nothing. while listening to music, sitting under a tree, near a pond, looking at kids playing and hearing people (human, birds, monkeys, and all) talk there is no chaos, its as if the whole thing is flowing very smoothly.

Yes! 2 1/2 years ago I had a stroke and brain damage so I get confused really easily and I live in a constant confusion!
