I agree, however people do not follow the laws and this is why we have the problem we have. I know for a fact that in Baltimore Maryland, factories release chemicals out into the air when it gets dark so they don't get caught. It's hard to fight pollution when there are so many people breaking the laws. Thank you.

Environmental laws, written by the industries which do most of the polluting, in conjunction with vice president dick cheney, do nothing to control air pollution.

Orwellian names like the 'clean air' and 'clean water' act make it just that much more demented.

You know if this adminstration were to declare martial law in this country, they would call it the 'happy fuzzy bunny act'.

What the owner can not burn it will be dump into the sewerage
during night shift
