Er.. you're probably going to have to qualify that statement before anyone can agree or disagree. Personally I can't see how the existence and/or behaviour of Londoners has any effect on the residential status of people that live further North than they do.

Technically if it wasn't for all the Londoners there would possibly be less northerners on the streets as they could all move into the empty houses in London...

Well just supposing that were true, (which it isn't by the way) at least we'd be safer than being on the streets in London!
