Maybe a shift in who actually is the employee & employer.

Let the students know that the school belongs to them...what happens there is a reflection on them.

The Principal and the administrators are working for their parents because that's who pays their salaries.

The school needs to do whatever is necessary to make sure they get a good education....as long as the students do their part.

Just an opinion and an idea.

Lead by example. Encourage your peers to do the same. Wear your schools colors at least once a week. Learn the school song. Make your friends learn it and spontaneously start singing it in the halls or at lunch. Attend sporting events. Go Team!!!

have a party a field party get good bands from the local area or hire a big band pro band have lighting and do this at night and make you school be the one that has kick *** parties

Do for others, first.
Like maybe, Christian spirit in the school. You know, LOVE and CARE for one another.

THEN the school spirit would RAISE THE ROOF, or
THE AUDITORIUM ROOF, ..........
