If Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows are brothers, and Aldo Burrows is their father. Then how come Michael sur name is Scofield and not Burrows? That means, he must be Michael Burrows~
That goes the same with the President, because she's Caroline Reinold's, and her brother is Terrance Steadman, why he's not Terrance Reinold's instead of Steadman?
Can anyone tell me why?

yes, they really are brothers. lincoln took his father's last name and michael his mother's because his dad left before he was born (I think). In one of the episodes last season lincoln makes the comment that michael has never seen their father. I don't know about the president though.

I don't know if this is correct, but I think I might have a logical explanation. The president may have been married at one point in time, in which case, Reinolds could be her married name and Steadman could have been her maiden name. As far as the brothers go, maybe Aldo wasn't Michaels real father. Hope this gives you something to think about.

do you have cousins or sisters with a diffrent last name then you?
maybe they arent biological brothers.. same mother, or same father just diffrent other :)
