Easiest way would be to buy a USB flash drive and drag and drop all your files onto it. Once completed you can then transfer them to your new laptop. If you dont' have the complete installation cd of some of your programs - you won't be able to transfer programs to your new computer. You can only drag and drop files/pics/music.

so many ways, use a flash disk, to copy and transfer,
pair the old one with the new one (as in a mini network) and transfer files,
use a hard disk box and convert the old laptop hdd to an extenal hdd and access it through the usb port of the new laptop,
finally if u cant do it, take it to a technician or systems administrator to do it for you. good luck!

You can copy your data files to a disk, a jump drive or burn them to a cd/dvd to transfer them to the new system.
