As much as $15.90, not including any tolls in NY (such as the George Washington Bridge).

NJ is free - yipee!
PA is free - yipee!
OH - $9.25 end to end (the toll portion begins near Youngstown)
IN - $4.15 end to end
IL - $2.50 on the Skyway.

Of course if you take the Skyway you are off I-80 and on I-90. You can avoid the Skyway by taking I-94 into the city. This save the $2.50 and will save you $.30 in Indiana.
