regardless of the appearing, Dubya isn't as stupid as he pretends to be, yet he's pushed via a fanatic ideology (Neo Conservatism), and has a huge obdurate streak and an extremely good opt to achieve the objectives of the individuals he extremely repesents - "... the Haves and performance Mores". He can also not admit to both wrongdoing, or blunders -for him, the dollar stops elsewhere. He also shows an stressful smirk at the same time as others are in misery, or are being tortured, or are being run over via the guidelines he supported and signed. If his administration makes a call to bomb Iran, or perhaps invade them, no man or woman will understand or understand the authentic motives they chosen to finish that! he's a lame duck, and he's not up for re-"election", so IMHO, he believes that he can do something he needs to with out unfavorable consequences for him, for he believes that the different branches of authorities don't have both the will, nor the bravery, to resign him.

Yes, Bush is stupid enough. He doesn't seem to understand things like cause and effect. I'm sure if you played the memory game with him he would insist that a butterfly and a bird are the same thing. That is the level of his intelligence.

Bush is beyond stupid! Even when he was going to school his grades were 50's and 60's, after that he got arrested many times for alcoholic reasons, now what do you expect from such a president??
