yes people do change. watch 16 blocks. thats the main point of that movie.
but can a cheater become loyal? thats a tricky one. yes, he or she CAN become loyal and they probably do deserve a shot BUT one must be weary of them because prior history is a great foreshadow of the future, so if ure thinking about gettin back together with someone who has cheated on you, question why you want to do it, but more importantly, why he does. if he's just lookin for a shot for redemption rather than another opportunity to give you what you deserve in a relationship, then move on.

Places change people don't ,they may for a while. But they have the urge .A cheater is a cheater .They had a chance to be loyal but chose to deceive you. Do you think that you could ever trust them alone again.\?????
Thats the question you ask yourself. Best of luck

Hi, hate to admit it but I'm a cheater. I've cheated on every one of my girlfriends. The only reason that I ever did it was I wasn't getting any back home if you catch my drift. Anyway, I realized I never truly loved any of my girlfriends, but if I did find someone I really truly, truly loved, I cannot fathom cheating on them. So yeah, a person is not ALWAYS going to be a cheater.

My personal experience has been No they dont change. Its happened to me 2x and both times they also turned out to be big liars or promised they would never do it again and they did. So no i have no faith in that concept although I do believe people can change, but in the case of cheaters it just seems like its a problem they cant fix.

A cheater needs alot of counceling before they can be smart enough to be loyal. They need to find out what gives them the thrill of distroying a relationship.
They can't just say they'll never cheat again. They do

Dear friend Adriana!
Nature can not be changed.
A cheater has no chance to change.
Every body has agreed on this fact.
Then you must not hope that any cheater you know will change.

Yes they can. Some people take longer to grow up. And some cheater straighten up when they realize that what they have is no worth losing.

If he cheated on you, then NO. He won't change. If someone cheats on someone else, then they don't really truly love that person. If they move on and find a person they love truly, then YES, I do believe they can change. Case in point: I'm with someone that cheated on his former g/f. It's hard to face that and trust that he wouldn't do the same to me, but it's something in time that will make me know that he wouldn't do that to me.
