what she said above me but in order to attack all legs change into your wolf and do the move that lets you attack multiple objects....you know the one that midna helps with..

Wait until the bug is close to you and it stops glowing then attak it. Do it until the bug is laying in the water and get on the bug and attack all the legs at once.
