About 9:30 to 10:00 in the morning then again about 3:30 in the afternoon at work here.......

That's wierd. I'd never seen a UPS truck on my street, until this morning. It was about 0855hrs.

I live on a dead end so Brown only comes when someone has a delivery or unless my son's friend Nate is stopping by for lunch. He drives a UPS truck.

Whenever they have things to deliver in my neighborhood. Could be anytime from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. M-F.

It's different all the time. But when it comes here its in the late afternoon evening time. It has come as late as 6:30pm.
