abc.com wont let me download it as im not american.guess ill just have to wait till it comes out here in ireland on monday :(

There are a few options but the one that I like best is that if you go to the limewire site and download it. www.limewire.com It is free. Then you can serch for all the ones that you missed. It is a file shareing network and when used responsibly it is totally legal. Also you can go to the ABC web site and it will have the home site for lost. Click on that and it will take you to the site and on there they have the episodes that you can watch. I am not sure what format they have them in on the site as I am not able to get them on my computer. Limewire is how I get all the shows I miss. It is also way more convienient because you can watch them anytime you want! :)

abc.com has streaming episodes of most of their shows.
