I'm not sure where you live but they don't play them on pop or rock radio stations here?

Some radio stations play them, just not all. They've gone more towards pop now that the country community has somewhat shunned them.

They just had a record come out over the summer, and personally I think it's fantastic. And there are obviously many people who agree. Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean they aren't talented.

When will people stop trashing the Dixie Chicks? Apparently freedom of speech doesn't apply to them.

Radio stations only play certain things and they play them over and over and over and over again. Just because something is on the radio doesn't mean it's good. Thus, just because something is NOT on the radio doesn't mean it's bad.

I hear them on the radio a lot. I suppose they're going to be on the Grammys because they agreed to it when they were asked! Not my favorite band but I have nothing against them, they play their own instruments which is more than a lot of artists these days can say.

They play them a little on vh1 and mtv. Maybe they are trying to get promoted more for the new style of music they are in right now. Maybe it is also from their past achievements in music and what they have so far accomplished.

Because they deserve it! ;)

Grammy awards doesn't base on how many radio stations that song or this song has been played, but on the judges' decision ;)

I hope this helps...
