Not totally sure of the model, but I do know it has the pedal adapters so that short people (midgets, etc.) can drive it just like their full sized counterparts.
This helps him feel manly when he isn't talking smack to Matt Lauer or Brooke Shields.

Yes, that stunning car is the Barbie Cruiser that was sold in the late 1980s. My daughter has one just like it in her Barbie collection. We got ours on EBay for approx. $22.00 but you can sometimes get them at Barbie swap meets for less.
It's really cute and runs on 2 D cell batteries so it's environmentally friendly, a big plus when you're a Hollywood Celeb.
