Here's the best advice my college experience taught me:
the squeaky wheel gets the oil. (too bad I had to go through upper division for THAT!)
After high school, instructors & professors are relating to you as an individual thinker, an adullt (though young). You can and should speak to them, with due respect, AS peers; that is, with less intimidation than before. The power dynamics have shifted, they no longer have much stake in making you behave, for if you're ousted for disturbing the class, everybody knows it's your own foot you've shot. They're there to model and teach, not try to help your parents raise you. What great news!
Walk right up to your professor, say, "may I have a minute of your time?", then briefly relate the main points of your concerns, asking what you can do to catch up with the A you want to earn. Look 'em in the eye, listen to their response, and thank them for helping you out. They want you to succeed, and most are delighted to have a direct hand in your positive outcome.
Gird your loins and get back in there. Eat and sleep well, get some exercise, keep at it until your breaks, then recharge. Best of luck.

You need to talk to all your professors. Be honest with them and let them know whats going on, why you've been missing classes. They will more than likely let you make up the work or find a solution that will work well for the both of you.
I had an expereince in college where I missed classes as well due to personal problems, I spoke with my professors and they let me make up the work.

Just be honest with your professors, possibly take some time off and return after the problems have been solved. If your professors are any kind of human being, they should be very willing to help you out.
