If you ask if you are ready, you aren't ready. You will KNOW when you are ready.

It depends on your own sense of right and wrong. Personally, I would say that just being boyfriend and girlfriend isn't enough. There should be a deeper connection. There should be more of a commitment. Maybe you believe that and you'll wait. Maybe you don't and you won't. I said in another answer that it's up to you to decide if you treat your body like a junkyard or a palace.

I don't know why people don't put their ages on these questions. They make a world of difference on what the answer is.
As long as you are older then the legal age of consent for your state then you have to decide whether you A) want to have sex with this person, and B) are emotionally ready to have sex.
If any of the above answers are no then you shouldn't have sex.

If you have to ask people if it's too soon, then it's too soon. You will know when you are ready. Sometimes people feel comfortable with their partners after a little while, and some wait several years. I have friends who have been together for 6 years, and they haven't had sex.

If you're not sure if you're ready, you're not ready. Don't push yourself into doing something you're not comfortable with. Wait until you feel that it's right.

Wait! I really believe in waiting till your married. Whats from keeping a guy from marrying you if he can get it already? Not to say you are going to marry this guy but be careful. Don't let your body make the decisions that could effect your whole life.
Be Blessed and seek the Lord!

If you think the time is right, then its right. It doesnt matter if your with someone for 6 minutes or 6 years, how you both feel about it is what should matter. If you think sex will only ruin the relationship, dont do it.

Truthfully, that is something that you don't want to ask other people about. The answer lies in you, because only you will know when YOUR ready. No one can truly tell you how long you should or shouldn't wait.

Its bloody six months now and you haven't?!!! Something wrong with either one of you or both! Otherwise you wouldn't ask that question.

The true answer, however, is that it has no particular time duration to have or not to have. The right time is when both of you feel the urge, or one of you cannot wait any longer.

If your bf wants it and you keep on refusing, you might lose him, and vice versus.

If both of you don't want it, then its not ready for both of you to have it. Its as simple as that.

Like food, you eat when you are hungry!

All the best!
