Despite my noisy mind, I can hear it n feel it sometimes.....this silence permeates everything n emanates from everything....trees....the sky....the stars....

.....it's as if this silence is the stuff life is made of, or at least it holds all of life in an open embrace.....it's a softness n purity that makes room for everything.......every single sound arises from this silence and dissolves in this silence n space.....it's beautiful and can be transforming for a noisy mind......

sometimes I close my eyes and sit and just listen to this silence....outside at night(if it's not too cold!) I hear various sounds but there is always the silence that can be heard....the space between two notes....the gap between two thoughts.....yes, I can hear the silence all around!!
