RAM: Right-click on 'My Computer' and go to properties. On the very first screen (the general tab) towards the bottom it will tell you how much memory your system has.
Hard drive: Double-click on 'My Computer'. FInd 'Local Disk C:' and right-click on it and go to properties. That will tell you how much hard drive space you have and a chart of how much is used.

for the hard drive: double click my computer, right click on your C: drive and select properties. You will see the storage capacity and other details about the drive
for the ram. go to your control panel, the double click system.
The system properties window should open with the general tab already selected. the ram info is in this window.

Go to start, control panel, system, to find the RAM. And right click on your C: drive and goto properties. That will tell you the size of your hard drive and how much space you are using.

To check your hard drive:
Go to "My Computer" (It will either be right on your desktop, or in the Start menu)
Right Click the hard drive and select "Properties"
This will give you a pie chart with information about your hard drive.
To check RAM:
Use Ctrl+Alt+Del
Navigate through the tabs of the window that pops up. I don't remember where, but free RAM is listed in one of those tabs. (I think its the "Performance" tab but I don't really remember.)

there is a siomple method to do that.
1. right click the icon of "my computer" on your desktop,
you find the RAM which is installed in the PC
2. for hard drive space, double click the My computer and single click on any partion of the hard drive., you will see the statistics of that drive on the left hand side of the window. or just right click any hard drive that you see in my computer and go to properties.
you will get your answer.
