U can learn but u cant learn properly.
U can use internet as a tool to learn more, but not the basics.
If u are strong in basic then u can explore more and learn more, clarify ur doubts thro net.
But from page1 till page"n" u cant learn properly.
U need a person to teach or a book.
First thing is that how long u can sit in internet.
So its my opinion.
So take a decision which ever suits u
