It's a very difficult question, who was the greatest wrestler never to be a champion? Gotta agree that Owen is a top contender, but what about Jake the snake or even Ted Dibiase (buying the title doesn't count!!!). Hot Rod - Rick Rude - Bulldog or even William Regal!
Wrestlers these days just get given the strap without the lifetime of hard work that the old skool guys had to endure.
Over all I would have to say that i would go with Mr Perfect. Just look at summerslam 90 against Bret - Brilliant match! A hard worker, excellent on the mic and even worked well as a manager (well executive consultant) for Ric Flair.
The best looking belt? I was gonna say the IC belt circa middle 90's, but someone else made a pretty good point on the million dollar belt - very cool!

If not for that one-day title reign, the greatest wrestler never to hold a heavyweight championship belt would undoubtedly be Andre the Giant. In fact, Andre's arguably the greatest wrestler of all time, but that's completely irrelevant to this question. To answer the first question, Jake Roberts' ring psychology is second only to Undertaker's, and since the Deadman is a 4-time heavyweight champion, my nomination for this distinction is The Snake.
As for the best-looking championship belt, I would have to go with the pricy Million Dollar Belt. Other belt designs have come and gone, but none can measure up to Ted DiBiase's belt.

The greatest wrestler to never win the WWE Championship would have to be Lex Luger. He would have made a great Champion in the WWE. The best looking belt would have to be the WWE Championship they had while Bret Hart was the Champion.

Greatest wrestler to never hold a championship belt should be Jeff Hardy. He is in the intercontinental level, but he'd be a good World Champ.
Best looking by far would be John Cena's US. Championship.

Umm, am I crazy or did someone pick the 16 time World Champion Ric Flair as the best wrestler to never hold a heavyweight championship?
Also, HBK has certainly been champion.
This is a pretty tough one for me. Jake the Snake comes to mind... but I think I have to go with Ricky Steamboat. He was great!
It's a tough choice.
The Million Dollar Belt was certainly the most memerable and coolest belt of all time in my mind.
If I had to pick which one was the 'best' though, I'd probobly go with the gaint World Title / WCW World Title that's in Smackdown.
It's got a certain 'prestiege' to it. NO SPINNER BELTS, that's for damn sure!

Probably Jeff Hardy - the most under-rated singles wrestler in the WWE.You only have to watch him with Matt in tags to realize how good he is.A pure technical grappler with in-ring smarts.These lugs like Umaga & Snitsky should watch him in action to see how it's really done.
The best belt of all time surely must be the skull belt that Stone Cold had a while back.The coolest thing i ever saw for sure! Suited the Texas Rattlesnake as well.

Firstly, some people who mentioned ric Flair and Shawn Michael's, the less said the better.
Scott Hall for me was the guy who had the most potential to be a great world champ just never quite got there. If he has sorted his drink and drug problems i believe he would have been an all time great. Had everything going for him.
WWF championship belt form the mid nighties does it for me.

Jake the Snake never won the WWE champ belt, the DDT is one of the best finishes ever! :( and I also think Mr Perfect deserved it at some point :( add Rik Rude as well, they were were great and whats that about Lex Luger? he was rubbish! never liked his ring abilitie
and I also believe that Owen Hart could have been a great champion ifhe was still aroun today but we will never know

goldberg was easily the most dominant champ back in his wcw days. He went 181-0 before he lost the belt to kevin nash courtesy of scott hall. Thats just crazy
The best looking belt was the wwe title from the late 90s. Something with the blue and gold made it cool looking

Dont think Ricky Steamboat ever held the big one so i will go for him. had some classic feuds with Flair and also had a suerb match with savage at mania 3
as for best looking belt, warriors yellow intercontinental belt made for the european tour was pretty cool. Basically anything that doesnt spin and look like it came from Argos
