I have been part of the blemish / acne fight for 3 years now with my teen daughter I have bought everything out there ONLY 1 product worked for her it was a combination of the medicated acne product line by bee-;luscious skincare with the royal jelly liquid, all can be bought and read about on www.beeroyalproducts.com its a little pricey but it truly works the total I bought was the acne line package at 195.00 and the royal jelly was 92.50 which lasts 5 months but I called and explained to customer service and they gave me the option of easy pay I was billed with my credit card in 2 easy payments but for that you need to call and place the order so whatever you view on line that you want to buy if its over 200.00 they will take the order over the phone and split it .... good luck

In my opinion, there isn't really a cream which is 100% effective. Some might work for some people, and not for others, but the pimples come back after a while. Last year, i started having pimples (although i never had it for like 10 years), and i freaked out. I bought just abt all the pimple products in the market, miracle soups etc etc, but nothing seemed to work for me. A lot of people and doctors mention that what you eat doesn't really affect your pimples, but trust me...IT SOOOO DOES!!!! You are what you eat...I really didn't watch on my diet bc i was relying on the creams, but since they didnt work, i started the following rules: Avoid oily stuff...specially deep fried....lots of water (it helps to clean your system i think), avoid getting stressed out...getting enough sleep...don't touch them to check if the pimples are still there....they will be there for a while...but i assure you if you do that for a few days..maybe 3 or 4...you will immediatelly feel a big improvement....of course, results may vary from person to person....
I was in the spot where i thought i just had no way of getting rid of my pimples...but now i dont have them anymore.....once in a while i have some pimples but if i do, i try to make sure i follow those rules...Good luck with that!

Clean & Clear persa-gel
It's a bensoyl peroxide cream, if you have a big pimple comming on it stops it in it's tracks. Pack it on before going to bed and use a thin layer under makeup. It's around 5 bucks and last a long time. Good Luck!
and don't pick at it!

Polysporin (the stuff you put on a cut to get rid of the infection).
It works better then anything else I have tried.
And if you put it on when you feel a pimple coming (before it shows) sometimes it will go away before it even pops through the skin. It is a miracle cure.

Proactiv has a great spot treatment cream. It's called Advanced blemish treatment. You can get it on QVC.

Regular toothpaste, when you feel a blimish coming on put toothpaste on it and it draws all of the infection to a head and you can pop it.
