Has anyone ever had this done? What should I expect the ultrasound to be like?

I did several years ago. It was only slightly painfull but the next day you will cramp, with a "full" feeling that is uncomfortable. I had a blockage and the dye pushed it out. There was a monitor and I got to watch. Now I have a beautiful 7 year old daughter.

Are you sure it isn't a hysterosalpingiogram? That's what you do to visualize the fallopian tubes. With a pelvic ultrasound they want you have a full bladder. So during your ultrasound you'll want to go pee alot.

Its nothing they use a hand held device that takes pictures on top of your skin,it shows the insides
