Probably not under something different. Perhaps the view is set to display different than standard.

Try this instead:
Right click on your desktop
Choose Properties
Click on the "Settings" tab
Click the "Advanced" button
Click on the "Adapter" tab
Click the "Properties" button
Click on the "Driver" tab
Click "Update Driver" and follow any prompts

What you might do is to click every item on the list. Reason being you might have the old version of Windows, so from this, I deduce you have an old computer. Right. I found out this, cuz my old computer did not have as many programs listed like the new computer I bought, though they were both XP. Anyway below if you have the integrated video, I am showing what mine looks like on my HP so if you click EVERY item in the device manager that is what to look for. It is a graphics controller not a video card. Like trashmen are called sanitation specialists. lol

Now do you have a physical video card in your computer or is it integrated. If it is integrated then follow the steps like the first answer. Now did you know if your video card is integrated, meaning the computer has a video card chip integrated with the motherboard, you can buy a video card. The addition of a video card with at least 256 Ram will greatly increase the speed of your computer.

Now if you have put in a video card then you can go to the video card site and there you would be also to update. If you have windows then usually the integrated graphics chip is usually updated automatically, if you have put on automatic updates.

It is either uninstall, or you don't have another video card in the system and you have to install one. buy a new one.
