Because your intestines stimulate you bladder. Your bladder is always at least a little full and your kidneys are constantly filtering your body water as the human body is made up of 80% water. You have to use they same muscles to have a bowel movement as you do to urinate, and internally when you have a bowel movement you are also stimulating your bladder. It is one of nature's built in give or takes.

Because in most cases you need to contract your abdominal muscles to aid the peristalsis that leads to a bowel movement. The resulting pressure also effects the bladder, raising its internal pressure which the body interperates as being full, hence you urinate. However, urine, being liquid, requires far less muscle contraction to remove it from the body. Hope that helps.

is this an important part of your day? what an odd and somewhat disturbing question. maybe it's psychosomatic. maybe your poo is more dependent on your pee than your pee is on your poop. i can't even believe I'm answering this question.
