Yes its obvious, Carvalho tries to stop Henry by putting his left leg up after seeing the ball going the other way and in soccer is the intention what counts. It is a penalty ^^

well, i think it is a penalty, because the leg hit henry. But i think that henry thought of diving that moment. He dived against spain to get puyol a card!
