They think they are grown up but they are still kids. Just because you get hair on your privates and grow breasts doesn't make you capable of making grown up decisions. Teenagers think that is the case, though. We adults know better becasue we've been there. It ends up being a power struggle. Don't you remember being 16 and feeling like you had it all figured out, only to learn at 21 that you knew nothing?! haha!

studies of the brains of teenagers have been done i mean MRI tests and the fact is the kids brain is at this time nuts. that's not a joke if the same area's of the brain in an adult were firing off like a teens does then most adults would be suffering from some big time mental illnesses. so what this means is all those times you thought the kid was nuts he was. thankfully he will grow out of it just after you end up in the loony bin .

I hate when parents seem to forgoet what its like to be a teenager. Your body's changing, there's drama everywhere, you want to be cool and fit in, your boyfriend/girlfriend just cheated on you. Drugs? Should I shouldnt I do it? and on top of all of that you have school. Its hard being a teenager and when I have kids and they hit there teens I want to make sure that I don't forget that.

Well sometimes adults and teenagers have alot in comman.
When you are a teenager you feel like you are ready to take care of yourself and that you are grown up and when you are an adult you feel like you know almost everything when in truth you know alomst nothing compared to God.
My advice is to put yourself in your teenagers shoes.

Hormones, their whole body and minds are changing...just like a 2 year olds...it one of the few biggest changes in their lives...dont you remember being a teen, it wasnt easy, half the time you dont even really know what is going on with your own body or even why u do stupid things, but that is a hole part of growing up.

for me that's mood swings and getting picked on well-known. also the actual shown actuality that I do exactly not seem to fit in the position I stay, except i'm interior the band room. even as i'm out interior the hallway, round friends, I in basic terms sense so out of position. the position I stay, quite everyone in basic terms assumes you flow to church, so human beings ask you what church you flow to allot. from time to time after I say i'm not non secular, they in basic terms settle for it, yet different situations they should be all ,'nicely, i imagine you should flow to church b/c blah blah blah...'. also, it type of feels that ninety 9% of the persons at my college are instantly, and different women will be like, 'Do you imagine so and so is warm?' and that i do exactly not comprehend what to assert or what to sense, because quite, I do exactly not like men in the present day. I quite discover women extra beautiful.

I don't know. Some are just rebellious and impatient. They want to be treated like adults. On the other hand, I've met some pretty responsible, well behaved teens who've grown up to be just that.
