Good luck trying to get an answer to this.
People never want to disclose what they make and usually lie when asked.
If you are in Germany, you might want to try to go visit a few chefs when they arent busy and tell them that you are interested in a career in this field.
Then ask them
not what THEY make but what would a person starting out in the field expect to make.
Be clear to specifiy that you are not asking about THEIR salary.

IF that is not an option talk to a technical college that offers that training and ask them about it.
