Go around, stroll together, watch a movie, eat together, have fun all day long, put all your time for him, and be happy always...
Go to nice places, ahmm.. just be together. It's the greatest gift this valentines :)

You would still have the butterflies around u then. So you can try these:
a) Pruned long stem rose
b) Big size Greeting cards
c) if he likes gizmos, buy a latest electronic gadget (make sure it can be returned for an exchange if he wants an i.po.d instead of a mp4 player etc
d) Make some good food.
e) If you both drink, buy a good bottle of champagne and make some good food.. and if u both r more into it.. then go to bed with perfumed candles afterwards
(Dont buy movie tickets - he is supposed to buy for u)

What kind of music does he like..maby there is a concert in town that you two would be interested to go see...when you have been together for that short period of a time...the most fun thing is to still hang out...(plus you would get something out of it too...a concert) There are always bands out there touring...especially now..
I have received some Linkin Park Tickets a few Valentines ago and it was awesome!!!!

make reservations at a nice restaurant and have a romantic dinner together. they say the way to a mans heart is through his stomach. That is what I did for my b/f on our first Valentines day together and we have been together for 2 years, so I guess he liked it. If he likes sports get him something associated with his favorite team (like a jersey, sweatshirt, t-shirt.....etc....)

I'd say a card and have something small as token such as a cd, scarf or belt if you think he's definitely going to get you something. It's just a "Hallmark holiday" so don't go overboard.

after shave or something look at his size on his jumper or something and by him a new 1. But id stick to after shave and stuff.
