Did u want to block it? or unblock it?
Here are somethings u can do if u want to block it:
If u accidentaly unblocked it then u can go to your firewall by going on your control pannel and going to security center. when your there, go to your firewall settings and look at the things that you unblocked. you should move it to the blocking. THis website will help you alot.

You are going to have to get a firewall that monitors both directions. Windows Firewall will only monitor INCOMING traffic. Even if you block it from receiving traffic from Poser it will still be able to get out information. Consider getting Comodo firewall.

When using torrents, for faster dl/ul you should unblock it. however, one can never guarantee the safety of your files that are shared through torrent. Always do a security scan after downloading.
