Is there an 80s movie where a kid is grown, or shipped in a silver canister to a lab?

I can vaguely remember this, I think it was in the same era as short circuit. Mabye something like A perfect Kid...

It isn't D.A.R.Y.L. (Although he was grown he wasn't sent to them in a canister he was taken out of the facility by one of the docs who created him).
I think you're thinking of a movie called the Huckleberry Kid ((thought that was the title but having trouble locating it). I remember it starred Flo from Alice and there was a metal canister.

The Movie is called Konrad. (The child's name real name was Huckleberry)

There is this movie called D.A.R.Y.L. where the kid is a robot and he escapes the facility. Then this family finds him and raises him like their own kid. The lab wants him back so they go looking for him. That is all I can think of.
