I'm sure everybody notice this strange picture - let's say when you stop on a crosslight you suddenly notice a pair of boots/sneakers handing over your head on wires... I mean... WHY, why some people would do this? :O) :O) :O) Just imagine this picture -somebody takes a pair of shoes, goes outside, stays in the middle of the road and trys to bring his shoes up in the air until they hang on the wires. WHY ?:O) :O) :O) Any ideas?

Sometimes it's kids playing pranks on their friends by stealing their shoes and throwing them up on the wires.

My husband has a tree that he does this to, when I asked him why he didn't even know, what really pissed me off one day I was looking for my boots, and he threw them up the tree, One thing he can't ever tell our daughter is that shoes don't grow on trees, I am just waiting one day for him to be standing under that tree and one of those old work boots hits him in the head, see I have enough sense to stay away from it, and also to keep my daughter from it. but you know what.. wearing shoes we always break the shoe laces, but why don't the break up there? when they are out in the elements?

Usually this happens in the "ghetto".
When people get jumped the "jumper" will grab the "jumpees" shoes, and if they don't like the shoes/or if they don't fit them or any one else, they tie them together and throw them up. It is stupid and ugly reminder of who owns who, and sadly,it works.

In my neighborhood its gang related; like if yuo get jumped they take your shoes and hang them. it peanalizes you and its like a triumph proof for them.

well i dont think they quite do it like that. that sh** probably happens from balconys so its easier and with boots that the peeps dont want and the lazy ***** cant b bothered to go and throw them out
