She comes out of her mother's body and discovers in early childhood that she feels attracted to females for no reason. She notices pretty girls and how good they smell and the tingles she feels just being around the one she likes. Then usually by the first kiss she knows she's a lesbian. Most lesbians are simply born this way. I was! I always loved females. I was not abused by men or anything like that. I was raised by heterosexual parents, yet I am a lesbian and I am happy with it. I wouldn't change if I could (which I can't). Some lesbians are women who 'turned' gay after being abused or unsatisfied by men, and some women try living a heterosexual life with a husband and kids only to discover she is still a lesbian. If you think you are, you probably are. Welcome. You are going to love it.

A Girl Doesn't Be A Lesbian.... Because A Lesbian Is A Woman That Is Sexually Mentally and Physical Attracted To Another Woman...Most Of The Time Women Know Their Orientation When They Know Their Bodies...So Can Never Become A Lesbian..Jus Because

You are either born a lesbian or not. You can't just one day "become" one. A lot of men on here have said a lot of rude comments stating bad experiences with men as a child will cause a woman to become a lesbian....sorry, that's not my case.

some ladies simply aren't attracted to men.
some ladies are curious about being with a woman, try it and like it and decide to have a lesbian relationship.
some ladies have been hurt terribly by men and decide that being with a woman will offer them solace and prevent the hurt that another man will put them through.
