Getting a grip and confronting the the fact that I am bipolar. Tending to myself and having good and competent doctors and a therapist. I know the reason that I have this disorder, along with post traumatic stress disorder, due to an incident with a family member (and no, it was not sex...much, much worse). Also confronting the relative and then accepting his apology which came on his knees, crying and begging forgiveness...which I accepted and could carry on.

My greatest accomplishments are supporting myself financially with no help ever since I've been on my own, and doing a decent job being a mother.

I would have to say high school graduation, because neither one of my parents graduated, and I'm the oldest child in my family so I was able to set a good example for the other children in my family.

My first really high flight on a hangglider. It was totally magical. I felt like the king of the world. Then years later my first 100 mile flight...same reason.
