of course
wash them before use
even with new items, you have no idea who tried them on and or wore underwear while doing it

When I was young, my mom loved to buy us clothes from the local thrift store. We once found a vintage skirt, worth a lot of money to a collector. I was kind of embarrassed to wear clothes from the thrift store. But now, as a mother, I like to shop at the thrift stores. Only difference is, I let my kids help in the decision making. After all there wearing it.

Anything that is that close to your private area I would say Stay away from buying off of ebay or thrift shops. Jeans, shirts etc..fine...but not "undys" .

Yes!
They should be washed before you wear them and then they will be just as clean as the rest of your laundry.
