General Colin Powell, was set up as a fall guy for the Bush Administration. While he isn't squeaky clean (none of us are) I sure Cheney and Rove had crap on him from 'Nam and used this info to manipulate him into going before the U.N. security council with Stick Figure Drawings of supposed Iraq mobile chemical factories. He left the Bush administration shortly there after and before the 2004 election (if memory serves me correctly). The General was Suckered and Bullied into that Bushit! Plain and simple. So is he a man of Integrity? I would say yes. I don't think there is a person in America who would risk Everything to Stand-Up and be a lone voice in the woods, unless they had/have Nothing to lose. General Powell was in charge of the Army when I joined back in 1980 under President Jimmy Carter. I liked him then and I still like General Powell today. A lot of good people were Suckered by Bush-Cheney-Rove. So my final answer is Yes, I think he'll make a good Sec. of State.

Colin Powell is still alive. As for his accomplishments he was the first African-American in the role of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs under Bush Senior and the first African American Secretary of State under Bush Junior.

I weep for the future when I see questions like this.
Why waste people's time and for God's sake start your sentences with a capital letter.
Oy.
