I been wondering and if animal do over populate they start to killing them and if a animal attacks a human they kill it but if a human kill a animal nothing happens.

Some humans clearly think they are better than animals. If a human kills an animal illegally, you can report it and they will have to go to court. Do an Internet search typing in 'Report animal abuse' to find the organization to report it to.

Earth is being overpopulated via human beings. whilst animals breed too lots, they get of direction dealt with, yet there is not any longer anybody to alter the human inhabitants. human beings want nutrition and warmth temperature, and that's inflicting extreme subject concerns and destroying the earth for each guy or lady.

Animals do overpopulate when there isn't a predator to keep the numbers down. Think about deer, and by the way many hunters and outdoorsmen are killed and maimed during rut season by deer.
I suppose if animals had guns or other weapons we'd have to be very afraid.

Animals observe natural selection, so the slowest or the sick get killed off, Humans have got to a level now where the slow, fat and sick people do not die and we have extended the natural life off humans.
