But that's because a lot of people think that they will live forever! People also don't think about the fact that everytime they eat something that they could choke! It's really silly, but you are completely right, we shouldn't worry about other stuff because it's not worth it!

Since it's nothing you can do about it....you just depend on it and keep going.

We would be sitting in a corner in the dark if we constantly thought about the trivial stuff.

Now...I'm concentrating on my breathing...thanks.

If you know someone who suffers from asthma, you know your premise is untrue. You only don't worry about it when you can do it easily, when you can't, you worry plenty, so much in fact that you don't sweat the small stuff.

I find that when I think too much about breathing, I can't do it properly anymore... it suddenly seems terribly complicated and difficult!
