Do you mean a Chief or Nutritionist/Dietitian? You will be making more money in health and food.
I would say go with health and food, do well, get a masters (if needed), then you can have your own weekly magazine article, newspaper column or even your own TV Show. It will be easier to write anywhere then.
If you want to be a chief, then you go to a catering school, if you mean a dietitian, click on this link, it lists most schools

Wish you luck with that :)
Note: don't worry, your English is fine.

well, for starters if you don't have any qualifications, then you should do a access to media course. that lasts for a year and afterwards, you can do a journalism, media studies based course. as you said you are interested in either health or food, it doesn't matter if the course you're doing isn't culinary related. thus, one of the students on my journalism course who does it as a major is aiming to be a sports journalist. therefore, you can do a degree in journalism and with that degree you can enter into any type of journalism area when you graduate. other students are interested in other areas such as fashion, news, and so this degree doesn't limit you to doing one type of journalism but other types.such as working for a magazine that specialises in food. if you can, do a search by typing words journalism and food studies in the search engine. there should be some results. hope this helps

If writing about healthy food is what you want, I would say media studies is probably the way to go, possibly as a combined course with catering. You can probably mix course components from this or other courses specialising in food you probably don't want to qualify as a chef, but if you get some uni prospectuses, you may find what you want. You should also try talking to someone involved in medial studies and someone in catering or something similar.

I agree that Nutrition would be a good course to take. Because it has a medical background, it makes you more credible if you decide to join health journalism. I think it's fair to say that you will have a lot of opportunities to write, since most magazines and newspapers feature articles on health and such.

You could become a nutritionist, or something along that line. That way you can write helpful articles for people. I'm not sure on the specific degree plan for that. I'd find a nutritionist and ask them what they majored in. Good luck!!
