If you dont know what poser is it's most likely spy/adware, or a virus. keep blocking, and get it out of your computer. I use Cyberhawk

Poser could be a 3D animation software programme. Have you downloaded this software recently. If not, then block it.

Me personally I dunno what that program is so I would deny it then I would look for it then delete it.
