How do you know if a older guy likes you?

This guy that i know is 31 and him and i get along great.

I just dont know if he likes me back. I mean i see him scanning me sometimes when we are talking and one day my friend told me that he was eyeing me............(is the same thing as scanning?)

Hes not a pervet and hes really nice to me....

The problem why im having troble with knowing if he likes me or is becuz he has a living gf, but shes on the edge of getting kicked out cuz he doesnt want to be with her.............he tells me this all the time and the thing is he is a manager so im thinking managers shouldnt bring personal issues up to employees during work right?

My belief is to NEVER get involved with a co worker. If it doesnt work, you guys will have to see each other all of the time. Never sh*t where you eat...
You didnt say how old you are. 31 is a good age because he is older and more experienced but still young enough to have fun. Age is a relative thing anyway. If there is a connection, forget about the age difference.

The thing is you don't know what he wants
from you,,
You don't know if he's telling the
truth about things,, and also if it's true, it's not
a good sign for you to trust him..
You don't know the real truth,
you don't know if his gf is threatening to leave
him if he won't change,

Do not get involved with this man. you say he is older than you by how much for one, and secondly some men will tell you anything to take you out for a test drive out of pure curiosity. He is telling you he is kicking his current live in girlfriend out. How long has he been saying that? what he is doing is validating himself, from experience a man will tell you all sorts of bad things about a ex or a current spouse to get you to feel sorry for him. He has a bad case of poor me symptoms and is out of line. RUN

While you didn't mention your age, I hope for his sake that your at least 18.
I am sure that he "Adores You" so does he like you... YES... most likely he has a huge crush on you and you probably have invaded his mind.
As for being a manager bring up personal issues... not a good idea, but he is human and we all need people to share our troubles with.

I think he likes you because he keeps on repeating how he doesn't want to be with his gf. That's because he wants to be with you! I say get to know him a litlle more and after he dumos his gf, confort him. Then after a week or 2, ask him out. Good luck and tell me how it goes! [e-mail] : )
