Can I record TV prgorams from that and put it on a DVD then share it on the net? Is the dazzler a little device or something?

I don't think this model has a TV tuner.
But you can connect your camcorder or a VCR and it can convert the input to MPEG files. You can also make DVDs if you have a DVD recorder on your PC.
They may have a more expensive unit with a TV tuner as well.
