I have no idea, apparently it's a nationwide thing because they stopped the sale of it here, too.
My only thought is that it probably wasn't that big of a seller, possible more labor-intensive than other dishes, or they just needed more room for new items.
Who knows? But I agree, I miss it too. :(

They did? If they took the item off the menu it is because they weren't selling enough of that dish to make money so thus, they try something new. Olive Garden has many new dishes and thus, have removed some of the oldy but goody so they have room for the new. It stinks, but I guess they just don't want a real long menu.

Perhaps it was because it didn't sell as well as it should. It's all about the bottom dollar. Or it could be that no one wanted to eat baby cows and that's why they stopped selling it.

Probably because they couldn't get it right. Olive garden is the McDonald's of Italian food and as you can tell I am not a big fan.

I haven't eaten there in years.
