To convert C to F...

X degrees C becomes...

(X * 9/5)+32

To convery back from Y degrees F
(Y-32)*5/9

So 25 C = 25*9/5 +32 = 77F

I'm assuming a lot...but, if it was 0 degrees celsius; 32 degrees fahrenheit...and cold is relative to room temperature; 70 degrees fahrenheit...then temperature went down 38 degrees. If it went down another 38 degrees, it would be minus 6 degrees fahrenheit...assuming all these factors are present.

to change a temperature from celcius to fahrenheit, you need to:
divide the given temp by5, multiply by 9 and add 32 e.g. 25/5=5, next multiply 5 and 9=45 then you add 32= 77
so 25 degrees Celcius is = to 77 degrees fahrenheit.

to change the temp from F to C you first subtract 32, then you divide by 9 and then multiply by 5
77-32= 45, 54/9= 5, 5x5= 25.
and there you are in celcius again.
