Although I believe money spent on image's could be better spent,I would think that the President's who are already engraved in the mountain are no more entitled than President George W Bush. All president's in these perilous times have a very stressful job and I believe that all Americans should see the good in what they do! I am a Republican but I hope the very best for Obama while he is in office and all should be aware that he has a difficult time ahead and he will not Always do what people think he should and at times he will not be so popular but being negative about our leaders hurt everyone and americans become part of the problem when they only voice their negative views!

He has done nothing to warrent being carved in Mt Rushmore Mt. Rushmore stands as a shrine of democracy, a monument and memorial to this country's birth, growth and ideals. Mount Rushmore symbolizes the greatness of this nation through the greatness of it leaders. The epic sculpture of Mount Rushmore depicts the faces of four exalted American presidents that symbolize this nations rich history, rugged determination and lasting achievements.U.S. Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.

that man does not need his head carved in a mountain. While watching your discovery channel did you see who was carved on mount rushmore? Washington, Jefferson, T. Roosevelt, and Lincoln. Now why on earth would anyone want to put bush up there. He doesn't even belong in the white house, let alone on the carved in a mountain with presidents that actually did something usefull for our nation, not other nations.

Seriously, why? Not out of popularity, and certainly not out of competence executed after election. John F. Kennedy was way popular, and he didn't get the spot; which is actually great, because it proved that it takes more than a pretty face to deserve a postition on Mount Rushmore.

The Americans would be hard up to put Bush on Mount Rushmore, they could bury him at the bottom preferably this week

You're spelling is fine, and better than most if I must say. ;)
I seriously doubt Bush will be added. I don't think anyone else will be added to Rushmore at all because it is seen as history and if altered it would diminish the whole purpose of it's existence.
Besides, I don't think there is anywhere to stick his head!

I ran into an artist rendition of how Bush will look on Rushmore. This artist was kind enough to add Reagan as well, take a peek. What a pair of bookends these to make, LOL.
